Did you try to break in? Na ah!

Well, once again I have been lagging in my posts.  Sorry.  I hope, despite the weather, that everyone is doing okay; it seems to be pretty nice out at the moment.  The sun is peaking and patches of blue are filtering through the clouds.  But man oh man it was a pain trying to travel in that snow.   It wasn’t really the snow or even the ice I was worried about.  I’ve never known for it to be safe to slam on your brakes on the freeway when the weather is nice, but I guess some find it an appropriate maneuver in icy conditions.  “Maybe traction is better on a near frictionless surface?” you say, “or maybe it’s their big !@#@# to the laws of physics?”  I don’t know, I was never too good on the subject.  :)    All I can remember was being indirectly electrocuted by a taser by my teacher through a metal banister, showing that electricity conducts very well through metal and also I was told that suck is not real, and vacuum is the appropriate word to be using in place of suck.  So you figure that out if you ever come across anyone that you feel is a “space empty of matter” or what to say if you’re drinking through a straw.  I’m sure your companions will find you super annoying real fast.  :P   Anyways, enough of my nonsense.  Nothing new has happened at the restaurant.  Well, we did have a lovely 40 plus birthday party for the beautiful and lovely Lien Do and we might have had someone try to break in through our kitchen, but that’s not really confirmed.  Our lock is a little bent and it did look like someone tried to jam something into our door frame.  So it looks like Door: 1, Criminal: 0.  That’s how I like it.  Also, I apologize for not having a special this past weekend for brunch.  For some reason I thought I had a few more days until the weekend.  Silly me.  Sometimes I feel like I run on 8 day weeks.  Anyways, I’m sorry and I’ll have something delicious for you this coming weekend.  Anyone have any cravings?  Okay, you all have a lovely rest of the week.  Keep warm and keep dry!
