Do you know that causes…?

Well, I’ve been holding off on updating because I really have nothing to report or say. I see the same people everyday (in the kitchen I mean) and do mostly the same things day in and day out. I wish more exciting things would happen at the restaurant, like a ninjas vs. pirates war or cowboys wearing just chaps and leather vest parade or something, then I’d have some nice stuff to report, but alas all I have to say is I made chili on Friday, we went through more than ten pans of thick sliced bacon for brunch, and making a big batch of lemon curd from fresh squeezed lemon juice can be a pain in the you know what (but it did taste super yummy). Anyways, as you can see we, at the restaurant, live a pretty mundane life. The only thing out of the ordinary now a days is that I’ve been trying to work on my posture. You all should too. I just recently read an article that stated that not only is slouching bad for your back and add an appearance of 5-10lbs, but it causes more sagging in the bosom area. I mean most things go south anyways when you get older, but the article explained that there is a more exaggerated or pronounced sagging for those who have the tendency to slouch. So sit up straight and pull those shoulders back my lady friends and some guy friends. Keep those puppies perky as long as possible. Gravity will eventually win, but at least you’re giving it a good fight So as they say in Korean dramas: “Fighting!” (add an energetic fist pump). Okay, you all have a good rest of the week. Enjoy what ever sun comes our way, sit up straight, and may happiness be our only company. See you all around. Oh, just as a reminder, this weekend we’ll be doing our hashbrown special. Come and enjoy it with a nice glass of fresh squeezed orange juice or fresh pressed apple juice or just nice hot cup of coffee from Fonte. Okie-dok, bye!
